On Monday, September 22, 2025, at the Isokinetic Campus in Bologna, the event ‘Knee Injuries and Muscle Lesions: Practical Solutions to Reduce Their Incidence’ was held, dedicated to affiliated sports clubs. Attendance was high, with 420 participants.
After the introduction by Davide Fazzini, Director of Isokinetic Bologna, and Franco Pilan from Intesa Sanpaolo, our specialists took the floor: Dr. Filippo Tosarelli on knee injuries, Dr. Fabio Bonsanto on muscle lesions, and rehabilitation specialist Alberto Marzi on prevention.
The evening concluded with a round table on the topic ‘Injury Management’, featuring distinguished guests such as Gianluca Aureliano (international VAR referee and lawyer), Mariella Santucci (Reyer Venezia and Italian National Team player), Piero Campo (Head of Performance, Bologna FC), Paolo Ronci (General Manager, Virtus Basket), Veronica Battelani (Captain, Bologna FC Women), Pierluigi Di Già (former footballer and insurance broker), and Federico Bernardeschi (Bologna FC player).
A valuable opportunity for dialogue and sharing, aimed at strengthening the bond between sports medicine and the local sports community.
