As the event’s Sports Medicine Partner, Isokinetic welcomed visitors, healthcare professionals, and sports enthusiasts during its two sessions on Friday, May 29, and Saturday, May 30, providing an opportunity to explore key topics related to sports health, injury prevention, and athletic performance.
Throughout the event, physicians, physiotherapists, and sports medicine specialists shared their expertise and insights, fostering meaningful discussions with attendees. Once again, RiminiWellness proved to be the ideal setting to promote the values of healthy, informed, and sustainable participation in sport.

Dr. Francesco Della Villa was interviewed by Quotidiano Nazionale on the topics of sport and health. According to the Director of Isokinetic’s Education and Research Department, there are four key pillars that define a healthy lifestyle: staying physically active, following a balanced diet, getting quality sleep, and having a sense of purpose in life—the latter being a fundamental aspect of what is commonly referred to as mental health.
