Kevin De Bruyne<\/a> suffered a serious injury during the match between Napoli and Inter on October 25, 2025. After scoring a penalty, the Belgian star felt pain in the back of his right thigh. Medical tests have confirmed a high-grade tear of the hamstring, which will force him to face a long spell on the sidelines. <\/p>\n\n

The player underwent surgery in Antwerp<\/a>, and the operation was completely successful. The estimated recovery time is at least three months, with a possible return no earlier than February 2026. <\/p>\n\n

The injury is a serious blow for Antonio Conte\u2019s team, which loses its key midfield organizer. Belgium will also have to cope without its captain for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers. <\/p>\n\n

De Bruyne, coming off an excellent start to the season, will now have to face a new rehabilitation process.<\/p>\n\n
