The ordeal of Kosovar winger Edon Zhegrova finally seems to be nearing its end. His season came to a halt at the end of 2024 due to severe pubalgia, followed by surgery and a relapse.


Interviewed by Francesco Palma for La Gazzetta dello Sport, Dr. Fabrizio Tencone of the Isokinetic Centre in Turin explains that pubalgia is a complex and often underestimated syndrome. Long recovery times are not uncommon, even after surgery.
