3. How long does rehabilitation take after surgery?
It depends on the type of surgery and on your goals. Only the initial assessment can set the real timescales and milestones of your programme.
4. Does Isokinetic only treat professional athletes?
No. We work with people who play sport at every level, and with anyone who needs to recover after an injury or orthopaedic surgery.
What is the Green Room?
It is our biomechanics laboratory, where the Movement Analysis Test objectively assesses the quality of your movement.
6. When can I go back to sport?
Only after passing specific functional tests, not simply based on how much time has passed. It is the science that decides, not a feeling.
7. Do I need to have a diagnosis before booking?
No. The first appointment includes a full medical assessment.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
It is not required to book your first appointment at our centre.
