5. How long does recovery from a sports injury take?
It depends on the type of injury and on the sport you play. The initial assessment sets the real timescales of your programme.
6. Do you only treat professionals?
No. At Isokinetic we work with people who play sport at every level, and with anyone who needs rehabilitation.
7. What is the Green Room?
It is the biomechanics laboratory where the Movement Analysis Test objectively analyses your movement.
8. When can I get back on the pitch?
Only after passing specific functional tests, which scientifically establish when the risk of re-injury is at its lowest.
9. Do I need a referral from my GP?
It is not required to book your first appointment.
10. Is there parking at the centre?
Yes, the Arbizzano centre is easy to reach by car.
